    What are the Physical and Psychological Symptoms of Anxiety

    The psychological symptoms of general anxiety disorder (GAD) are like – restlessness, sense of fear, feeling tense for every event, tough to concentrate, irritation at  small things etc.

    The physical symptoms of GAD will manifest due to the above psychological factors. These include dizziness, tiredness, palpitations, muscle aches and tension, trembling or shaking, dry mouth, excessive sweating, shortness of breath, stomach ache, feeling sick, headache, pins and needles and difficulty falling or staying asleep.
